BY Design’s dream candidate is a ROCKSTAR home stager. This role is excellent for someone who loves design, working with a team, interacting with new people, exceeding client expectations, having experience with retail visual merchandising or interior design, and creating beautiful spaces. An exciting job for anyone who enjoys a challenge and can transform any home into a model home.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Vacant home staging
  • Occupied home staging consultations
  • Color consultations
  • Design consultations
  • Reports
  • Customer service
  • Following warehouse procedures
  • Social Media content creation (photography and videos)
  • Warehouse cleaning and organizing
  • Packing and unpacking staging items daily
  • Design Boards
  • Other administrative tasks
  • This job is very physically active and requires the ability to lift 30+ lbs and be on your feet much of the time.

Requirements:

  • Experience with decorating
  • Excellent client relations and communication skills
  • Comfortable on camera for social media

The Essentials:

  • You’ll need to bring your A-game to work each day
  • Available to work 40+ hours per week and be in the office 8:30am to 5pm Monday - Friday
  • Possible flexibility available  
  • Work location is in-person, based out of our studio in the San Antonio medical center
